I am a professional coach, lawyer and career strategist dedicated to helping lawyers and legal employers achieve success. Over 25 years experience in the field of law has afforded me the expertise to guide and the empathy to listen. Since 2007, I have applied these qualities to coaching, counseling, consulting and training for hundreds of top tier legal employers and individuals.Background
I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Career Professionals of Canada, certified as a Career, Employment and Interview Strategist. I am also certified in DISC assessment and the Thomas International TEIQue assessment (emotional intelligence).I am an approved coach for the Career Coaching Program for Women sponsored by the Law Society and the maternity leave coach at five national law firms. I am also a proud SheEO activator.
I was called to the bar in 1988 and practiced as an associate and partner at McCarthy Tetrault LLP. In 2002, I became the firm’s first Director of Professional Resources.
